Privacy Policy

No accounts. The demo page has a form, but it posts nowhere — it composes an email in your own mail app, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly how long they stay. With your consent it sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. Google receives your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you view. We look at that only in aggregate, we do not use it for advertising, and the advertising signals are switched off. Google keeps the event-level data for 14 months.

Your choice. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland no analytics cookie is set unless you press Accept. Everywhere else the cookie is on by default and you can decline. Either way, "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page changes your answer, and declining removes the cookie. If analytics cookies are off, Google still receives a cookieless ping that a page was viewed, with nothing that links your visits together. Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so we don't ask again.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not build a profile of you across sites. What we see is aggregate: which pages were viewed, roughly how often, and which referrer sent them. We cannot identify you from it.

If you email us, we have your email and whatever you chose to write. We use it to reply to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

This site is served as static files by Cloudflare, which processes the network requests needed to deliver a page to you — including your IP address, as any web server must. Cloudflare also provides its cookieless analytics described above.

Google runs Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, described above. Their own privacy policy applies to what Google does with that data.

The demo page links to a Calendly calendar, which opens in a new tab if you choose to book. Nothing from Calendly is loaded by this site itself, so opening any page here tells them nothing; their own privacy terms apply to what you enter once you are on their page.

Fonts are self-hosted at build time rather than fetched from a third-party font service, so fonts are not another way your visit gets reported to someone else.

Apart from Google Analytics, there are no advertising networks, no other trackers, no session recording, no chat widget, and no social media pixels on this site.

Everything above describes the marketing website only. AI Bookkeeper the product handles financial documents, and it will have its own privacy policy, terms of service and data processing agreement — written for that purpose and published alongside it.

We are not publishing those documents ahead of the product they describe. If you need to see them before you would consider using AI Bookkeeper, email us and we will share the current drafts and tell you honestly what is still moving.
