AI Bookkeeper for Xero

Connect Xero and your books stay exactly where they are. AI Bookkeeper reads the paperwork, codes the transactions and prepares the reconciliation — then hands it to you to approve. Xero remains the system of record throughout.

Nothing to migrate

Your Xero organisation stays the system of record. There is no export, no re-import, and no parallel set of books that has to be reconciled against the real one.

The bank feeds you already have keep running. AI Bookkeeper works through the connection Xero already maintains rather than asking you to set up and babysit a second one.

Your accounts, your contacts, your tracking categories

Transaction coding reads your actual Xero setup — the chart of accounts you built, the contacts you have, the tracking categories you use, and the way you have coded things before.

Documents are matched to contacts you already hold, including when a supplier's trading name on the invoice is not the name you filed them under.

Line items, not one blob of text

A bill comes back as discrete fields — vendor, subtotal, tax, total, date, invoice number and individual line items — each one separately scored and separately traceable.

That granularity is what makes review fast. When one field out of eight is uncertain, you look at one field, not at the whole document again.

You are the last step

Nothing reaches Xero without a human approving it. The review queue arrives prepared, not blank, and your job is to check and sign off rather than to retype.

Approve or reject with a memo. Every decision is appended to an audit trail that is never edited or deleted.
